About the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Norway

The Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Oslo represents the Government and people of Angola in the Kingdom of Norway. Established in November 2023, the Embassy marks a significant milestone in Angola’s growing diplomatic and economic engagement with Northern Europe.

Under the leadership of Ambassador Alcino Isata da Conceição, the Embassy seeks to promote mutual understanding, cooperation, and solidarity between Angola and Norway—guided by principles of peace, freedom, independence, and sustainable development. The Embassy embodies Angola’s commitment to constructive international dialogue and multilateral collaboration on global issues such as human rights, economic reform, and the pursuit of equitable and lasting solutions for all nations.
